An ordinance authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept new public sanitary sewer mains, sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for two properties located at 9913 and 9917 Maupin Road in Williamson County, also known as WMN Regency Hills (MWS Project No. 25-SL-99 and Proposal No. 2025M-195ES-001).

WHEREAS, the acceptance of approximately 1,478 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), approximately 687 linear feet of new two-inch sanitary sewer main, approximately 100 linear feet of new one and a half-inch sanitary sewer main, eight sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for two properties located at 9913 and 9917 Maupin Road, also known as WMN Regency Hills, is needed to construct project number 25-SL-99; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2025M-195ES-001 January 8, 2026, for the acceptance of said sanitary sewer mains, sanitary sewer manholes and easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to accept approximately 1,478 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), approximately 687 linear feet of new two-inch sanitary sewer main, approximately 100 linear feet of new one and a half-inch sanitary sewer main, eight sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for two properties located at 9913 and 9917 Maupin Road, also known as WMN Regency Hills, as shown on Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference:

Section 2. The Directors of Water and Sewerage Services and Public Property Administration are authorized to execute such documents as may be necessary and appropriate to carry out the acceptance authorized by this ordinance.
Section 3. Amendments to this legislation shall be approved by resolution.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its final passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
