An ordinance authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept the replacement and realignment of public water main, for property located at 1112 B Baptist World Center Drive, also known as Hudson Row (MWS Project No. 24- WL-15 and Proposal No. 2024M-047ES-001).

WHEREAS, the acceptance of the replacement and realignment of approximately 50 linear feet of six-inch water main (DIP), for property located at 1112 B Baptist World Center Drive, also known as Hudson Row, is needed to construct project number 24-WL-15; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2024M-047ES-001 on April 1, 2024, for the acceptance of said water main.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to accept the replacement and realignment of approximately 50 linear feet of six-inch water main (DIP), for property located at 1112 B Baptist World Center Drive, also known as Hudson Row, as shown on Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference.

Section 2. The Directors of Water and Sewerage Services and Public Property Administration are authorized to execute such documents as may be necessary and appropriate to carry out the acceptance authorized by this ordinance.
Section 3. Amendments to this legislation shall be approved by resolution.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its final passage, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
