A resolution authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept new public sanitary sewer mains and sanitary sewer manholes, for property located at Pennington Bend Road (unnumbered) (MWS Project No. 26-SL-93 and Proposal No. 2026M-095ES-001).

WHEREAS, the acceptance of approximately 854 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), approximately 730 linear feet of new eight-inch SDR26 sanitary sewer main (PVC) and eight sanitary sewer manholes, for property located at Pennington Bend Road (unnumbered), is needed to construct project number 26-SL-93; and,
WHEREAS, BL2024-345 authorizes the Metropolitan Department of Water and Sewerage Services to approve extensions, additions, improvement, or works by resolution of the Metropolitan Council; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2026M095ES-001 on October 8, 2026, for the acceptance of said sanitary sewer mains and sanitary sewer manholes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to accept approximately 854 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), approximately 730 linear feet of new eight-inch SDR26 sanitary sewer main (PVC) and eight sanitary sewer manholes, for property located at Pennington Bend Road (unnumbered), as shown on Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference.

Section 2. The Directors of Water and Sewerage Services and Public Property Administration are authorized to execute such documents as may be necessary and appropriate to carry out the acceptance authorized by this resolution.
