An ordinance authorizing The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County to accept new public water and sanitary sewer mains, fire hydrant assemblies, sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for three properties located on Lawrence Avenue and Bellefield Avenue, also known as Moda Vista (MWS Project Nos. 26-WL-15 and 26-SL-36 and Proposal No. 2026M-087ES-001).

WHEREAS, the acceptance of approximately 5,453 linear feet of new eight-inch water main (DIP), approximately 3,224 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), approximately 1,114 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), nine fire hydrant assemblies, 33 sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for three properties located on Lawrence Avenue (unnumbered) and Bellefield Avenue (unnumbered), also known as Moda Vista, is needed to construct Project Nos. 26-WL-15 and 26-SL-36; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Planning Commission approved mandatory referral No. 2026M087ES-001 on September 17, 2026, for the acceptance of said water and sanitary sewer mains, fire hydrant assemblies, sanitary sewer manholes and easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County is authorized to accept approximately 5,453 linear feet of new eight-inch water main (DIP), approximately 3,224 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (PVC), approximately 1,114 linear feet of new eight-inch sanitary sewer main (DIP), nine fire hydrant assemblies, 33 sanitary sewer manholes and easements, for three properties located on Lawrence Avenue (unnumbered) and Bellefield Avenue (unnumbered), also known as Moda Vista, as shown on Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference:
