A resolution approving Amendment Number 2 to a contract between the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County and Pictometry International Corp. to provide digital orthophoto and oblique images, maintenance and other related services for the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County.

WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County previously entered into contract number 437561 with Pictometry International Corp. approved by Resolution RS2019-1654; and,
WHEREAS, amendment number 1 to this contract, approved by Resolution RS2022-1521, changed the compensation and pricing of the contract; and,
WHEREAS, the parties desire to enter into amendment number 2 to this contract to increase the value of the contract and update the name of the Contractor, among other things; and,
WHEREAS, approval of the contract amendment will benefit the citizens of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE METROPOLITAN GOVERNMENT OF NASHVILLE AND DAVIDSON COUNTY:
Section 1. That Amendment Number 2 to the contract between The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County and Pictometry International Corp. (contract number 437561), attached hereto and incorporated herein, is hereby approved, and the Metropolitan Mayor is authorized to execute the same.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall take effect from and after its adoption, the welfare of The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County requiring it.
